In order to access the Support Portal you need to be invited by Technomancy to contact email. If you don’t have such an invitation, please reach out to your Technomancy contact.
First time registration
2. Click “Sign up” link at the bottom of the form (see “A”).
3. Enter the email address where you received the invitation code and click “Send verification code”.
- Do not use another email for sign up as the code is linked to the email and will not wok with another one.
4. You should receive an email from “Microsoft on behalf of Technomancy <msonlineservicesteam@microsoftonline.com>” with the subject “Technomancy account email verification code“. Find the 6-digit verification code in the email.
- If you don’t receive the email within several minutes, please check the Spam or Other emails folder.
- If the email still hasn’t arrived, you can try “Send new code” on the portal registration form.
5. Enter the verification code in the field “Verification Code” (“B”) and click “Verify code” (“C”).
6. Once the code is successfully verified you should see the message “E-mail address verified. You can now continue.” Fill in the required details and click “Create”:
- Create a new secure password and enter it in the “New Password” field (“D”) and re-enter in the “Confirm New Password” (“E”)
- Enter your first name in the “Given Name” field (“F”)
- Enter your last name in the “Surname” field (“G”)
7. Your browser will be redirected to the technomancy Support portal where you can complete the registration. Enter the (long) invitation code in the “Invitation code” field and click the “I have an existing account” field and click “Register”.
- Please make sure that you copy and paste the invitation code accurately, without additional characters (spaces, new line, etc) and complete (not missing the symbols from the code).
- Don’t forget to tick the “I have an existing account” check!
Login next times
- Navigate to support.technomancy.com.au
- Enter your email registered and password created during registration and click “Sign in”.
- You should successfully land on the page “Your requests”.
